Gratitude

I may have posted the following on this blog before or sent it out as an e-mail or maybe I put it into one of the chapters of my seminar book (which I'm still working on ... more on that later). A friend sent it to me yesterday and I remembered it so here it is. It's a beaut. Enjoy!

"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow." ~ Melody Beattie

Hope your Thanksgiving was tres fab!

Must Kick This Cold in The A**

I have been sick for over a week now and cannot wait to get this cold over with. It's on its way out but nowhere near quickly enough for me. More than being able to sleep, I miss working out with my trainer at the gym and running at home, ESPECIALLY my training runs for the marathon in January. Waaa! I absolutely hate not being able to work out. I will miss my training session today and running tomorrow but hope I can do a bit of a run Sunday and then get back on the horse fully on Monday. Wish me luck and send me some healthy thoughts, love, and get well wishes. I need them and am sure they'll do the trick! XOXO
