Romantic
I was in the Grove (Coconut Grove) today and remembered it newly, as I used to in the past when I frequented the area in my 20s. I also saw it in the way my friend, Lebo, who lives there, talks about it all the time.
It really is just such a cool place. People were walking, running, biking, eating at the sidewalk cafes, hanging out, taking pictures, walking their dogs, shopping, you name it. The weather was PERFECT too - not too hot, not too windy, just absolutely right. I told Tod he must meet me for a date out there soon. It just felt, I don't know, slow, romantic, and so nice. So, stay tuned for the date update. I can't wait to hold my guy's hand.
