Leading By Example

"You must be the change you wish to see in the world." Those were the words of Mohandas Ghandi. So, what change would I like to see in the world?

I'd like to see people being inspired and enthusiastic and making a difference.
I'd like to see people who believe in themselves and give of themselves by contributing their gifts to others in service.
I'd like to see courage.

I think that's what it takes to live a worthy life and the truth is I've lacked that courage myself. I have vacillated between total confidence and total lack of faith when in my heart of hearts, I know better. I know who I am, I know what I'm made of. I know I can help others help themselves. I know I'm a leader, always have been, and there's no time for second-guessing and doubts. The time is now. STAY TUNED!!
