I took Dylan for his 1-year check-up appointment and shots today. He got 2, 1 in each arm, and he handled them like a champ but it doesn't get any easier to see my boys cry that first cry when they get unexpectedly stuck with a needle. Boohoo! That's me crying, not him. Just kidding! Anyway, we came back home and he did not spike a fever as they tend to sometimes do after getting their shots so I'm really happy about that. He played all day and is asleep now, happy as can be. Me, I'm tired but I wanted to drop a few lines for posterity. Tomorrow when I'm not so tired maybe I'll have something witty to say. :-) Again, just kidding! I just love writing and communicating for the sake of it and am thrilled to bits with this here my blog at long last! Hope you had a great one!!
