The Task of Mastering Yourself
I wrote the title to this post on April 18th (7:37 PM) and am finally going to write on it now. Yay!
Taking on the task of mastering myself has been one of the most worthwhile endeavors I have ever taken on both because of the journey AND the destination.
The Journey: I consider myself SO lucky to have lived the life I have lived including - ESPECIALLY - all the bad stuff. How could I have ever become so full of faith and hope and determination? Don't get me wrong, I think these character traits have always been a part of me but boy, are they ever cemented now! I was tested to the brink of existence through my experiences but I came out swinging and I came out on top. I feel like Rocky on the top of the steps in Philadelphia. Capital V-I-C-T-O-R-I-O-U-S! Yeah! :-)
The Destination: I have grown so much in the process in the last 10 years of figuring myself out, I am now going to be able to share how I've reached this wonderful point in my life of fulfillment, peace of mind, joy, and abundance with others who are struggling or have no clue how to get there in my free seminars (I want them to be available to EVERYONE! because everyone deserves happiness whether they have money or not), books, and speaking engagements starting next month. Hello! I'm so thrilled!
I was born for this, the beginning of my real life, Part 2. Part 1 was November 11, 1993, my first day without Tod when he left me when we were first married. That made me who I am personally. This is me "professionally" now. And this will lead to Part 3 which will be politics in one way or another. I have many plans, many visions, and much work to do and I cannot wait. I just truly LOVE my life and thank God for the opportunity of becoming. It has been the great big thrill and then some!
P.S. If you're interested, date and location details on the seminar will be forthcoming probably next week ... I'm awaiting word. You can check out what I've put on the website so far here: http://www.like-clockwork.com
P.P.S. Someone I do not know e-mailed me their registration today. I have no idea how they found the page but I sent them e-mail to find out. My 1st participant that is not a friend! WOW! I'm SOOOOO happy! I will present them with a special gift at the 1st seminar to commemorate the occasion. I'll keep you all posted!
